Every second Friday, we hold an assembly. Recently, we have introduced a range of formats for coming together to promote connectedness- Whole School Assembly, Cohort Assembly (year level) and House Assembly. On Friday’s at 2:45pm the school community meets again in our gym (or other spaces dependent upon the aseembly type) to celebrate the week. We sing the school song, classes perform, interschool sports results are celebrated and we present student of the week awards. It is a fantastic way to cap off the week.
We encourage all members of the school community to attend assembly.
Every second Friday, children spend time with their Buddy Grade. During this time we promote and opportunity to connect with peers across the school. A range of purposeful activities are planned for these sessions.
