Wellbeing can be defined in many ways, one definition is more than the absence of ‘ill-being’. This is a strengths based approach that views wellbeing as a continuum where ‘ill-being’ is at one end, functioning is in the middle and optimal wellbeing or ‘flourishing’ is at the other end.
At FNPS we encourage and aim to foster each student’s individual wellbeing and actively promote optimal wellbeing or flourishing.
